About Vision Golf

Vision Golf LTD operates the Vision Golf website and sells golf products, including VisionPro-X golf balls.

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Vision Golf website. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms, subject to their statutory rights.

Products and availability

Vision Golf LTD aims to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing across the website.

Product availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Vision Golf LTD will contact the customer to discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.

Product photographs are intended to represent the items being sold. Minor differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings.

Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the Vision Golf website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown as required before an order is completed.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers connected to the website.

Vision Golf LTD may update product prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Placing an order

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.

After an order is submitted, an order acknowledgement may be sent to the email address provided.

An order acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received. A contract for the purchase is formed when Vision Golf LTD confirms acceptance of the order, normally through a dispatch confirmation.

If an order cannot be accepted, any payment taken for that order will be refunded.

UK delivery

Vision Golf LTD currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or on the Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Vision Golf LTD.

If delivery is delayed, Vision Golf LTD will work with the customer to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.

Order changes and cancellations

Customers wishing to change or cancel an order should contact Vision Golf LTD as soon as possible.

Changes requested before dispatch may be possible but cannot be guaranteed.

For most products purchased online, consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

To exercise this right, customers must clearly inform Vision Golf LTD of their decision to cancel within the cancellation period.

Customers then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection law.

When a customer exercises the statutory right to cancel an online purchase, Vision Golf LTD will refund the eligible product payment and the cost of standard delivery where required by law.

Additional charges for a premium delivery service selected by the customer may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be issued within the applicable legal timeframe. For returned goods, this is generally within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation, provided this was communicated before purchase. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty or incorrect products

Vision Golf LTD aims to supply products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from the item ordered, customers should contact info@visiongolf.co.uk with their order details.

Customers have statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days in qualifying circumstances. Other remedies may remain available after that period.

Nothing in these terms limits or removes those statutory rights.

Product use

Golf products should be used in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions supplied with them.

Customers should exercise appropriate care when using golf equipment and follow relevant course, facility and safety rules.

Nothing in this section affects a customer's statutory rights relating to product quality or safety.

Website content and intellectual property

The Vision Golf name, branding, product photography, website copy, graphics and other original content may be protected by intellectual property law.

Content owned by Vision Golf LTD may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Website availability

Vision Golf LTD aims to keep the website accessible and functioning correctly.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Vision Golf LTD may update website content and functionality where reasonably necessary.

Liability and consumer rights

Vision Golf LTD does not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the statutory rights of consumers.

Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in other parts of the United Kingdom.

Customers retain any rights to bring legal proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
